Ha ha, Lilith~ so different we are~ and not so different.

I LOVE MILK as it is serving me with the calcium I need and more. The taste of milk I love as well. I could even live with only MILK AND BREAD

Meat I eat very few, not 1/4 kg in one week but fresh eggs from our own henns I like very much as they give me the needed protein. But also eggs I eat only very few sometimes even not one in one week. I live most of SUN-Light and not of food.
My consumption of food is daily not 500 grams and in calories maybe less than 1000

Roberto, but if you eat less meat, you may need to eat daily some nuts instead.

The best would be if you eat like a LACTO Vegetarian, then you do not have lack of important nutritious food supply. You also can come a VEGAN, but many VEGANS have serious health problems if they do not supply themselves with much needed Protein.

Do not play around with being a Vegetarian. Buy a good book regarding to be a Vegetarian or Google for good advices.
