I nearly forgot about something in regard to killing the swine flu virus, would be to use colloidal silver, copper and gold most especially BEFORE the virus hits. Using these natural substances as stores in the body, will kill the virus as it hits the bloodstream.

In lab test, it's already been proven that the MRSA bacteria died within 1 hour, after being put into a petri dish, containing a 'copper plate.' It was suggested that hospitals put copper doorknobs and plates in place of the stainless steal. They have NOT, of course, followed this suggestion. Changing out your doorknobs at home, to copper, can assist in stopping the spread virus and bacteria at home, as well.

Another important thing to do, is to pay attention to the American Native Indians, and the indigenous tribes as to the natural cures they use.

ANTIINFLAMATORY DIET 101

One year it’s this diet trend, the next year it’s that diet trend. The funny thing is that, aside from the all-celery family of diets, all the smart diets end up saying pretty much the same thing: Eat bushels of fruit and vegetables, whole grains, less animal fat, and cut out refined foods. Genius!

Lately there’s been a flood of diet books based on the anti-inflammatory concept. The gist is that constant or out-of-control inflammation in the body leads to illness, and that eating to avoid constant inflammation inspires better health and can fend off disease. We generally think of inflammation as the painful part of arthritis, but inflammation is also a component of chronic diseases such as heart disease and strokes. Which is why proponents of the diet say it can reduce heart disease risk, keep existing cardiac problems in check, reduce blood triglycerides and blood pressure, and soothe sore and stiff arthritic joints.

Specifics vary from one anti-inflammatory diet to another, but in general, anti-inflammatory diets recommend:

Eat plenty and a variety of fruits and vegetables.
Eat little saturated and trans fats.
Eat omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish or fish oil supplements and walnuts.
Limit your intake of refined carbohydrates such as white pasta and white rice.
Increase your consumption of whole grains such as brown rice and bulgur wheat.
Limit (or quit) your consumption of red meat and full-fat dairy foods, increase lean protein and plant-protein source.
Avoid refined foods and processed foods.
Generously use anti-inflammatory spices.

Allspice:
For stomach, boil to 1/2 and 3/4 teaspoon

Aloe vera:
Burns

Banana:
Banana tree sap is good for snake bites.
If chil,dren have diarrhea, bananas will keep their weight and energy levels.

Basil:
Good for cold, flu, cramps, and bladder.

Beans:
Strangthens internal organs, and lowers blood sugar levels.

cayenne:
good for internal and external bleeding.

Carnberries;
Helps immune system.

fennel:
expels mucus

Garlic:
kills viruses and bacteria

Ginger:
Helps with cold, flu, and helps get you warm.

onion:
Helps with asthma

papaya:
Good wound dressing

Parsnip:
calms the nerves and strengthens hair and nails.

Potato:
Builds immune system, and repairs tissue.

Vinegar:
Aids health.

For a headache:
Basil, lime on forehead, boil lavender flowers.

bee stings and poison ivy:
Baking soda, lemon juice, Onion for stings, sage for bug bites, and garlic for poison ivy.

Mouth problems:
Sage tea, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries for tartar on teeth, and also can be used to whiten teeth leave on for 5 minutes.

if you like to eat garlic and worry about the effect it will have on your friends,there are a couple of ways you can minimise the odour.one way is to slowly chew some parsley or an apple after your garlic dish. also planting some garlic near roses helps to improve there scent,also garlic planted around the base of apple trees helps to control various pests and it will contribute to the health of the fruit.garlic is also useful for treating corns,you simply mash up a garlic clove,apply it directly to the corn,and cover it with sticking plaster.leave it overnight,and repeat each evening until the corn eases out.also pear trees also benefit from having some garlic placed nearby for the health of its fruit.garlic is a very versatile natural ingredient so i added these helpful hints to its benefits.blessings eve.

dear all, i was informed from the angels that wheat grass was excellent as a body detoxifer,for the colon,and liver and as a blood purifier,also it is a natural anti-biotic,increases ones energy levels,as well as other benefits,also the organic powder or seeds of psyllium husks are excellent also so i thought i would add this to natural organic nutrition to members it is worth doing the research on this information from the angels many blessings eve.
