MAINTAINING THE HIGHER VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY
OF JOY AND ACCEPTANCE
The water that makes up so much of our bodies is like ocean water. The salt crystals in this water vibrate at ever-changing frequencies. Our hearts are the emotional centers of our bodies, and they put out frequencies that are 10 times the power of the frequencies of our brains.
When we are happy, we vibrate at a higher frequency than when we are angry or sad. Our emotions change the chemical composition of the water in our systems. That's why happy tears taste different than tears of sadness.
Experiencing physical, emotional and mental stillness harmonizes the vibrational output of the body, heart and mind and we become stronger.
"The message we give our bodies -- one of irritation or acceptance -- is the message to which our bodies will answer."
That is a great pic and comment, Peter, thank YOU!
I'd like only to add that each thought of ours is spread and accepted as a command by our cells in 30 sec through our blood circulation system and all of our organs and systems act accordingly, so that is how we feel or that defines our present mood/state.
For ex., If I think "I am so happy now" (though not), the mssge is spread throughout my body and I can attune to it in less than a minute.
If I am most of the time happy and harmonious, I will be healthy and well, which is the natural state of the body in consent with the mind and soul.
Happy weekend,
Iza
Yea Iza~
So is it and that is why the ones which say o, I need four weeks vacation to recover from the stress I have in my job and if the time of vacation arrive they say oh, I need one week to accumulate my body to the do nothing time and one week for turning me again on to work, they never have vacation and never can work healthy.
I know that since 30 years already because I was was counseling managers from a big German company already as I was much younger then they. :)
It is amazing how our cells act and react. How good it would be if the School-medicine would believe in that and KNOW it as we do.
Happy weekend too beloved Iza~ ((((((((O)))))))) Hugs!
We act very badly/unlovingly towards our bodies and cells, that is why we need so much time for recovery.
I know what you say. I was like that before - workaholic and under stress all the time, I did not change my attitude, even when I got sick, but after a near-to-death experience I changed incredibly and almost instanteneously.
I fly like in the pic often in my dreams.
Love and Hugs,
Iza
