Meditation is not so hard to learn as it seems.
Meditation is being somewhere in a place where we come not disturbed by noise and people disturb us. It even can be done if we are in the CR and close the door behind us if we find no other place.
sit comfortably, hold your back straight and close your eyes.
calm your breath the way as you count 1 to 10 as you breath in and 1 to then as you breath out. if 10 is to much, make it by 5, 6 7 or however it is comfortable for you.
after doing that 10 times, say silently in thought I AM SPIRIT with every breath you take and also with any breath you breath out.
If another thought comes to your mind, do not follow it but continue your mantra of saying I am spirit......
Make this as long you want, but 20 to 30 min are enough.
That is now the first lesson on meditating for you.

I can imagine that beloved Virginia and know well where you are now IN your mind but also with you HEART!!!
You learned to believe and that was the start because without believing we would never be able to come to KNOWING!!!
Beliveing is never enough because if we only believe, we easily fall prey to deception and as this is happen, we "un-wanting" but with freedom of choice we litsten instead to our INTUITION (our divine hearts) to all and everything that "sound good" regarding God/Goddess as long we live and then are disappointed if it is NOT the truth, but half truth or even all lies we were listen to our whole life.
But no worry beloved Victoria, you ARE such a LOVING HuMan~ which is SAVE whatever happen and comes in the near future.
God/Goddess does not judge us!! We all are here to LEARN to RECONNECT with Him/HER and CHRIST, which is IN you, guide you safely back home if you ALLOW him to do that!!!
Just listen in anything you read and hear to your INNER VOICE and there CHRIST speak to you and not in Bible-Studies or in anything outside yourself.
All we share here REFLECT God/Goddess in the highest possible way, but not all have the same VALUE for anyone.
Some things are for you and a few others and some things for again others.
Keep that what YOU resonate with (your heart) and let be all that what NOT!
